...I uploaded four artworks, all using different mediums: oil paint, markers, digital colouring, and a photograph. Success! Well, not quite. I've gotten into a real artsy mood lately, as of the past couple of days. So I think I'm gonna buy some acrylics this weekend and see how I fair with those...
...right after I prepare my lessons for next week. This week was awesome. I was at two kindergartens, had an office day, and finished off with elementary school. Kindergarten's my favourite. There's nothing like running around, chasing kids. And the first class REALLY liked Duck Duck Goose! At the second kindergarten, we batted balloons around the yard for an hour, played in the sandbox (we built Sakurajima, the city's local, active volcano), and played tag (which mostly consisted of me chasing them, tagging them, and then chasing them again).
Kindergartners in Japan are the cutest kids ever! My two year old nephew is as big as half of them. They're always talking to me, but of course, I can't understand much of what they're saying. So I usually reply to their statements with an, "Aahhhh..." or something similar. Elementary school was fun, too. I played soccer with the kids during lunch break, and chatted with the principal about traditional Japanese food and onsens. Good times.
But next week, the seriousness starts. Two of my lessons will be observed by my supervisor, and I have to prepare materials for both Junior High Schools I'll be going to. Should be interesting. The good news is that I'll only be teaching one class on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The second Junior High School gets more interesting. There's a new English teacher for the second graders, and I haven't worked with her before, so it'll be quite something seeing how that class turns out.
Sunday's looking like a busy day with church in the morning, potluck lunch in the afternoon, and dinner in Kokubu in the evening. Yeah, remember to starve myself on Saturday so I can eat all that food...oh wait, Saturday's tomorrow. Looks like it's gonna be a busy weekend.
Well, that's life for ya.
Cheerio, peeps!

I haven't been on MangaTutorials for such a long time! I'll try to keep in touch with DA, though, cuz I usually check up on it on my phone. BTW, how's school going?
All A's? I only wish I could ever do that well.lol Glad to hear you're doing well though.
